We believe the laser products, in the coming age of 21 century, will make our lives more colorful in all aspects. IROYAL Corporation has developed laser products for industrial, construction, military and commercial uses. The near term goal is to develop laser security systems and industrial automatic switches, and the long term goal is to develop laser medical and survey products. In order to understand the markets needs for laser products, IROYAL Corporation has been actively participating international shows, and has spent a lot of time gathering market information with the hope that we can break out the shell of traditional products, and create products which are more user friendly and more effective. The company has been achieving its goal one by one in the recent years, and has stated its own brands to create a strong image, so the consumer has the "choose IROYAL" awareness. The company operating philosophy is based on "Trustworthy, Creativity and Responsibility, and is looking forward to marching to the world stage.

Corporate History
1991.01.......The company was formed, and entered into electronic trading business in Taiwan
1992.03.......Started contract engineering work using construction laser instrument in the Taiwan market
1992.09.......Made initial contact with the agent business which deals with the laser monitor
1993.03.......In view of the good potential of laser electric/photo market, the company aggressively invested
                          in the development and production, and increase the work force to 6 persons.
1993.09.....Laser monitor developed by the company was awarded The Chines Golden Dragon Award
1994.06.....The company moved to Chung Ho factory, and started a production department, and passed
                          CE, EMC, GS, TUV, FDA certification. The work force increased to 12 people
1995.08.....Aggressively involved with the industrial research and development team in the use of laser
1996.04.....Started introducing BI-axial industrial laser position monitor, and won recognition from both
                          domestic and overseas industries.
1997.11.....Acquired own factory site and increase working area to 3600sq.Ft. and increase
                          work force to 18
1998.01.....Concentrated in the research and development of Laser Leveler instrument, and
                          BI-axial engineering instrument
1998.06.....Started marketing D.I.Y. Laser horizontal / veitical instrument, and industrial-use
                          BI-axial leveler instrument
1998.09.....Set up china Quang-Zou branch office and started marketing laser liner market equipment
1998.01.....Research and develop laser security system, and automatic laser controller
1999.04.....Trial production of the previous developed items The company was interviewed
                          by one of the biggest magazine during the German Industrial Exhibition and was
                          appraised as a company of the most potential
1999.04.....In the process of IS-9001 certification
1999.05.....Company is planing to double the size of its operation and factory, and will increase the work
